How does Custom Probiotics recommend I take probiotic powder for adults or capsules?

As our CP formula probiotics are in capsule form, you have two options. However, both are best taken when on as close to empty of a stomach as possible. The first is to grind up the capsule and mix it into a beverage of your choice, ideally water or a nutritional smoothie as sugary drinks are best avoided. Alternatively, you can simply take the capsule as you would any normal pill, which is the more common approach as it takes less work.

Am I able to travel with my CP-1 probiotics?

Yes. As our capsules contain freeze-dried microorganisms, they can last for upwards of several months in room temperature conditions. In warmer climates, they can be stored in room temperature for up to two months. That being said, if you wish to ensure they last a long time, keeping them refrigerated is a good idea.

What does CFU mean?
