I was using CP-1 successfully and just ordered the next one up (I think it had 6 strains).
My 12-year-old autistic son takes the D-Lactate Free one and we use a big bottle every month or 6 weeks. He's been doing extremely well on it since last Christmas. When we resumed neurofunctional therapy after the Christmas break, his therapist asked, "what did you do?", such was his improvement. His digestive system is much better--no more diarrhea followed by constipation. He is more aware. He does not speak, but he is making more sounds. He has less food intolerance, although he is still on a restriction diet. We plan on keeping the D-Lactate Free and eventually adding other strains.
We have tried many other probiotics and this one has had the best results.

I use the Six Strain probiotics and will continue to use these for the rest of my life. They are an awesome product and they (as part of a gut healing protocol) have saved me from a myriad of food allergies. I also started giving them to my 12-year-old son who has been battling a fungal fingernail for at least two years and guess what? After trying everything on his nail, two months taking Six Strain has pretty much gotten rid of it. This is great news as I await the arrival of the order I placed October 9th :) Hopefully shipping will be faster . I currently use the D-Lactate free and am very pleased with the results . I am just finishing my first bottle and am up to one adult scoop daily , wondering if I need more and how I would know ? I use it before bed and find I sleep better , I have a gluten intolerant neuropathy condition meaning I am neurologically affected my gluten and I accidentally consumed a small amount with a serious reduction in side affects ... I hope one day to have high quality organic wheat in moderation .

I just wanted to let you know I am such a fan of your Adult Formula CP-1 ACIDOPHILUS AND BIFIDUS (50 billion miccroorganisms per capsule) product! A woman I know recommended them to me. I didn’t think they would work but let me tell you I am so grateful I stumbled onto your product. I am 32 years old and since the age of 15 I’ve suffered NON-STOP from ACNE. Horrible, huge, non-stop, never ending acne. I tried everything and anything for years except probiotics because I didn’t know about them until recently. I’ve been on antibiotics many times for various strep throat infections. I was even on antibiotics for 3 months because the dermatologist said it would clear my skin. It did temporarily, but I stopped for fear of immunity to antibiotics. Plus I developed a painful yeast infection from being on antibiotics for so long. So I tried various other methods, creams, harsh cleansers, steams, acne pills, scrubs, lotions and potions with very little, temporary improvement. I gave up and just resorted to using make-up as a cover up. I spent a lot of money on various products.
Then I stumbled on your product, and to my amazement, I swear on my life, it is the ONLY thing that has worked!! If not for your product I would still be battling acne. I guess my stomach was all messed up from all those antibiotics. I needed to repair the damage. I follow the label instructions and I take one capsule 3 times per day. I have been living acne free for the past year. I no longer get zits. For most of my adult life I have had sensitivity to dairy, which was never really a big deal to me. It was tolerable, living without dairy. Unfortunately, however, for the past five years I have had symptoms (extreme nausea, migraines, fatigue) as a result of unknown other colonic/gastrointestinal problems. I mean, I was feeling “sick” five days out of seven, wondering when this would pass. It was horrible. My quality of life was as low as it could be.
After many doctor’s visits and many trial periods (of consuming no gluten, then no red meat, and lastly no raw veggies or beans, etc) the only conclusion reached is that I have IBS.
Being a vegetarian for many years it was hard for me to accept the fact that I am now, for some reason, particularly sensitive to raw vegetables, breads, pastas, even some cooked vegetables. Quite thin already, my “new” diet resulted in my losing yet more weight and therefore a severe decline in my energy level. This brought on a slight depression, mainly from guilt of not being able to play “hard” with my kids anymore. I was always into sports and very active, so this was a nightmare! Having to nibble on rice, corn, and only a few other foods and then being tired most of the time? I felt as if I were being cursed.
Being very unsatisfied with the vague diagnoses from doctors, I thought I would try probiotics. A friend mentioned them to me a few years ago. I happened upon your website and decided to order some.
Your CP-1 formula, which I take once in the morning and once at night, has worked absolute WONDERS! At first I didn’t think it was really going to work but after only a week or so I started feeling healthier and took a few risks with my eating habits. What a pleasant surprise it was to have some fruit and bread without paying the price later on. Seriously, I cried with joy, thankful for not only myself but for my kids, who are happy to have their active, healthy mom back. No more headaches, gas, or fatigue! The curse has lifted!
Now I am eating my favorite foods again – loaded salads, homemade breads, nuts, fruit – without miserable consequences. As a family, we’ve gotten to enjoy buffet meals at restaurants again because the meals don’t have to revolve around my (formerly!) strict diet. What a wonderful relief! My quality of life has improved 100%. Instead of feeling SICK five days out of seven, I am feeling energetic and healthy at least that often! It is amazing. Truly.

I just wanted to tell you how effective I think your CP-1 formula is. I have Lyme disease and have been taking your probiotics in between my antibiotics and herbs for about 2 months. I think they really keep my gut in line now. They seemed to have also straightened it out from before the antibiotics, when I wasn’t feeling well almost constantly. I tried some of the other brands of probiotics but they didn’t seem to be potent enough. I usually take one at night before bed, a few hours after my evening antibiotic dose.

Your product has literally saved my life. Anyone who has suffered from Crohn’s can tell you, the pain is unbearable. I was at the end of my rope. The conventional medicines had not worked, nor had they stopped the bloody diarrhea, which had gotten so frequent that I was literally too weak to do anything. In July, 2003 I was awaiting my second Remicade infusion when I came across your web site. I had nothing to lose, so I tried your Adult Formula CP-1. I began with four capsules three times/day and noticed an improvement in two days, yet I still suffered from cramping and bloody diarrhea, yet milder. You then sent me the powder form , which I mixed one scoop with water three times per day and THE NEXT DAY THE PAIN, THE DIARRHEA AND THE BLOOD were gone. About a week of being on the powder form, and feeling better than I had felt in a year, my doctor performed a sigmoidoscopy and said “this is not the same colon, it’s gone”.
I have now been off all Cohn’s medicine (Colozal, Pentasa, Entecort) since November 26, 2003 and have never felt better. My doctor has no other explanation for my recovery, it has to be the probiotics.

I have been on the Zone diet for the last 5 months and have done quite well with that. It pretty effectively controls my indigestion and heart burn. But during the holidays I have cheated some. Yet with your product for the last couple of months I haven’t experienced any heart burn or loose stools. And gas has been at a minimum. Even when I eat the horrible combination of pizza and chocolate in the evening. So I am very happy with the results. In fact I feel terrific. I wanted to write and let you know that my son who is 5 yrs old has had molluscum on his back for about a year now. I ordered myself the 11 strain powder for candida and so I decided to start him on it as well. After a few doctor’s appointments where they tell me nothing can really get rid of this virus and it can last up to 3 years I figured it can’t hurt to try it. It has been almost a month now and the virus is clearing up. I have included pictures of his back when I first started and what it looks like today. We are so excited we didn’t have to use the prescription that the doctor had given us and potentially burned his skin. So a BIG THANK YOU!! This testimonial is LONG overdue!
I got candida from antibiotics in 1985. Over the years my doctors prescribed Nystatin, Diflucan and other antifungals as well as probiotics. I have tried soooooo many different probiotics over the years and none of them ever re-balanced my system until I started your 6 strain powder in 2008. I had been on fludrocortisone for low blood pressure since 1993 when I got chronic fatigue syndrome. Despite many attempts I could not get off the medication OR reduce the dose. After taking your six strain powder for three days I happened to be at the dentists office where they routinely take Blood Pressure? Mine was 200/100 !!!!
Needless to say I never had to take that medicine again. Since that time my white cell count normalized despite being LOW consistently for years. In addition I am no longer sensitive to smoke, trees, or grass. It has been amazing and of course I continue to take your products today.
Recently my husband was put on antibiotics and developed candida. He lost about ten pounds. Again, despite going on anti-fungals, he could not gain weight until he started your product. He has taken your new 11 strain powder and is wonderful, regaining all the weight back. I am impressed!

I think Custom Probiotics saved my life! I came down with C-Difficile after I was hospitalized with Pneumonia. I came down with a life and death infection of C-Difficile due to the hospital giving me too many antibiotics. My body filled up with toxins and I was in intensive care in the hospital for a month. I was put on Vancomycin and other kinds of probiotics. I kept ending up back in the hospital with C-Difficile when I stopped the Vancomycin. After being on Vancomycin for over 6 months I started taking Custom Probiotics C-Difficile six strain powder formula. I have been on Custom Probiotics for 8 months and off Vancomycin 5 months now. I am a 51 year old woman who has fought gas, bloating, and constipation for over 40 years. This was due to massive does of iron and antibiotics as a child and teenager. I have been on antibiotics prophylactically for 12 years to treat chronic Urinary Tract Infections – symptoms of my UTIs were a burning sensation during urination, and constant urge to urinate (though with little volume as I had recently gone). I thought that the antibiotics were an acceptable (and only) course of treatment, until I started developing resistances to the antibiotics, and the doctors prescribed broad spectrum antibiotics. I had scopes of my bladder done and they ruled out anything physically contributing to it. My doctor just shrugged his shoulders and said, “just take this amoxicillin and hopefully we won’t see you for 10 more years (when you develop a resistance to amoxicillin).” I asked for something more homeopathic, and he laughed and said anything other than antibiotics is “hocus-pocus”.
I started taking your custom 6 strain powder in May 2008. I started off with one .8 gram scoop in the morning and one in the evening. On days where the conditions are right for another UTI, I up the dosage to 2 scoops in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, and 2 in the evening, just to be sure. Since starting the probiotics regimen, I haven’t had one UTI. Not one after several UTI’s in one month during the worst of it (and yes, they did test to make sure that they were completely resolved before the next one hit). I had a headache the first day I was on the 6 strain powder, which I sometimes get when I deny my sugar cravings, so I wonder if it was related to the candida die-off. After that, no problems, even at the higher dosages. In fact, I feel wonderful!
I am absolutely amazed that this isn’t more recommended for women, like me, who struggle with chronic UTI’s. I feel great!

I have been taking the Custom Probiotic blend of 6 cultures now for six weeks. The results I have received are amazing! I just wanted to send this note to you to thank you for such a high quality product. I have tried many probiotics in the past and believe that your product is truly the BEST! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your amazing 6 strain probiotic blend.
I ordered your probiotics for my 4 year old son. He has suffered from severe eczema and a multitude of allergies since he was 2 months old. And recently we have dealt with recurring strep throat due to his lowered immune system. Every doctor and specialist we take him to says the same thing, we have never seen a case of eczema this severe or no one is allergic to everything! All the doctors know how to do is treat the symptoms by prescribing creams and more steroids and antibiotics…

I just wanted to let you know how your probiotics have changed my life. I have been taking the Custom Blend of six cultures for about 3 months now. The results are nothing short of miraculous. I had suffered from candida for many, many years. I had a severe kidney infection twenty five years ago and was placed on an IV of antibiotics for 2 weeks and then for the next 3 years took antibiotics everyday. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 1996. Over the years I tried a lot of natural remedies, including other probiotics, with no success.
In October, 2005, I started taking Custom Probiotics 6 strain powder – 3 adult scoops twice a day. Within days my symptoms began improving. In March, 2006, I cut my Asacol dosage in half and in August eliminated it entirely.
Today, one year later, I am totally free of all colitis symptoms, take no drugs, and am able to eat foods I haven’t had for 10 years.

After years of suffering off and on with irritable bowel syndrome, I became very ill in March of 1999 and was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. Initially, I was very sick with cramping, bleeding, no appetite and frightening weight loss. Although symptoms would improve gradually throughout the summer and fall, it seemed like I would have another flare each year, somewhere between November and March.
Since my diagnosis, I have seen six different gastro doctors and have been treated with steroids and immunosuppresant drugs that probably did more harm than good. I took it upon myself to research my condition and learn as much as possible. I’ve tried countless different supplements and probiotics as well as dietary modifications.
Through a lot of trial and error, I believe I’ve found the combination that works for me, and Custom Probiotics’ six strain powdered probiotic blend is a key element. I have tried many different brands, but this is the only probiotic that provided obvious improvement. I told you Harry, if I made it through my “danger zone” flare-free this year, I would write this testimonial at the end of March. I have been feeling much better for many months, but I wanted to be certain I could sustain this state of health.
I take one scoop of the powdered blend three times a day. I also take l-glutamine which is one of the few supplements I’ve tried that helped immensely. Other supplements include fish oil caps, Freeda vitamins and Udo’s oil. My dietary modifications include avoiding dairy and all grains, although I cheat occasionally. I also take a digestive enzyme that Harry recommended.
I feel better now than I did before I was diagnosed with UC. At my sickest, I weighed about 90 pounds, although 105 was “normal” for me prior to becoming ill. Currently, I’m on a heavy weight lifting program and my weight is now up to an all-time high of 115, which is a healthy weight for my height.
Friends and family are amazed at my transformation. I’m amazed. I feel great, and I can go anywhere, do anything, and not worry about whether or not a restroom is close by. Harry, I thank you for your excellent products as well as your support and wisdom.

Dear Harry,
Our 13 year old son was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2. There is no doubt that the vaccinations affected his immunity. Sick…well that word does not do justice and with a family history of Crohn’s disease; I quickly noticed dairy caused my son to scream and double over with pain!! Alternative treatments helped my son tremendously and when we started the D-Lactate Formula for autistic children this past year he became focused, engaging socially, and less hyper. I was shocked recently though when he was off of the probiotics. His anxiety level “hit the roof!” Negative reports from his school teachers stated that he couldn’t concentrate and his behaviors were not acceptable. My 18 year old autistic son and my 6 year old daughter with juvenille rheumatoid arthritis and uveitis both take your D-lactate Free probiotic formulation. Other probiotics made my son’s eyes red and bloodshot, but my son has no negative reactions from your formula. When our daughter was diagnosed with an eye disease, I didn’t chance using any other probiotic for her. She had no negative reactions from using the D-lactate free probiotic. We have taken our daughter to the emergency room because she was in pain, not from her arthritis, but from her constipation. With taking the probiotics 3x a day after meals, she has a regular bm every day, like clockwork, and very healthy looking. She has been taking your formula which we were using for her brother too, from October until February with regular bms daily. When we ran out of probiotics last week, the constipation came back. My son Nikolas is 5 yrs old and he has been diagnosed with PDD which is a form of autism. He also has had severe eczema, so bad that to take a bath or a shower was extremely painful. He had to wear bandages every day on his arms due to the broken skin from scratching. He couldn’t sleep due to the itching and pain he was in. Nikolas was covered from head to toe in September with his eczema. For some reason it was getting worse. We tried every lotion and steroid cream available. Nothing helped. I took him to see a nutritionist who works with autistic children. She recommended a diet free of dairy and gluten and also a high count probiotic.
We immediately implemented the diet and I called Custom Probiotics and ordered the D-lactate free probiotics that was recommended for autistic children. I received the shipment within 2 days and started him on 1 scoop in the morning and 1 scoop at night before bed. Every 2 days I added a scoop in the morning and evening until he was on 8 scoops in the morning and 8 at night. He did not seem to experience any ill effects of die-off. I didn’t realize it until later that I was using the adult scooper instead of the child’s. No wonder our supply diminished so rapidly! The changes that took place in just 5 days were nothing short of a miracle! His skin was calming down and his speech and attention were incredibly better. First, I would like to thank Harry for his dedication to providing such fantastic probiotics and yogurt starter.I started with five abdominal surgeries in my early twenties and from there on my stomach and overall health have suffered tremendously. I had numerous illnesses after the surgeries that eventually led to deficient antibody count diagnosis, IgG-2subclasses and IgA. I was on antibiotics, very strong ones and for many years due to the chronic issues with these problems. My health just spiraled out of control regardless of the measures I took to help my body. I’vetried many many options from natural, alternative to mainstream to no avail. I’ve had a clean organic diet and avoidedchemical laden personal products for too many years to count. I couldn’t get a grip on how to fix anything despite eating probiotics by the handfuls, quart of organic plain yogurt every few days, kefir, etc etc. Some days I would be up to twenty probiotic capsules that were suppose to be the best and still just making a small dent, suffering still but to a lesser degree. I finally started to make my own yogurt and I felt somewhat better but I knew I wasn’t reaping the full benefits of probiotics and yogurt so I did some surfing on the internet and found Custom Probiotics. Hi Harry,
After suffering with severe diarrhea for the month of December I was finally diagnosed with C. Difficile on Jan. 1 /08. My doctor could not believe that I had developed this disease since I was in excellent health, had not visited a hospital or a senior’s home, nor had I been out of the country. I was immediately prescribed Vancomycin which I took for 10 days and appeared to be cured and then Feb. 1 the C. Difficile returned as strong or stronger than ever so I was back to another go of the Vancomycin however this time even with the antibiotic I got worse with each day. I lost 12 pounds off my already thin body. Finally I got in touch with a wonderful Alternative doctor and he got me on your Custom Probiotics, colostrum and a very strict diet. After 2 days on this regime I started improving and now I am

Your recommendation several months ago was right on target! My wife has had ulcerative colitis for 21 years. In that time she has had serious diarrhea from early morning until noon – could not stray. We have had many specialists try to do something (medication, alternative approaches) with no success. We could not leave the house for any reason.
Within two weeks after taking the Custom Probiotic 6 Blend she now has a life. Yes, she has some diarrhea now and then, but the problem has reduced dramatically. So I want to keep up the regimen we have been using (if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it) – even our doctor was impressed and signed a note recommending she stay on the Probiotics, which allows us to use our pre-tax medical savings account.
She uses scoop at night and one in the morning.
By the way, we use your yoghurt starter also with a yogourmet maker, and that had helped some. So we will continue using the starter as well. We have some capsules of CP-1 for when we go on trips.

Daniel had been waging an all out war on Candida for 2 months. He was reacting less to food but was also absorbing less and becoming progressively more tired and diarrhetic – although different from IBD diarrhea according to him. The probiotics he had been taking weren’t beneficial in any way he could see. He started Custom 2 weeks ago and suffered 3 days of massive headaches, exhaustion, brain fog and general aches and pains like the flu. I first began using your Custom Probiotic formula about 6 months ago and it has improved my digestive health considerably. I have been sick for eight years with immune suppression, low adrenal function, chronic fungal infections, leaky gut syndrome and multiple food allergies. I thought that I should write to you to let you know of my progress with respect to my crohns colitis and your Probiotics. In a couple of words I can say that they are “extremely effective”. There is no doubt in my mind that they can, for me, effectively stop blood or mucus in the stool within 1-2 days of taking them. I use 3 spoonfuls of the ultrapotency powder formulation every morning about 1/2 hour before breakfast. I find the powder slightly more effective than the capsules although not as “palatable”. I can dissolve the powder better in a glass of water than with the capsules and therefore I believe will aid the distribution of the probiotics within the gut lining much more evenly. Although I was taking the capsules from March 02 I have been using the powder since September 02 and have not looked back.
Of course although the probiotics and the SCD controlled the blood and mucus I still foun d that I could have 2-3 movements a day, although not as loose as before, along with occasional slight cramps. On your recommendation Harry, in October ’02 I started using the Inflazyme Forte enzyme coated formulation tablets as well, which contain among other things, Bromelain, which is from pineapple extract and is acknowledged to be a potent antiinflammatory substance. I can honestly say that again within 2-3 days I noticed a significant improvement in my movements and now since October I have effectively returned to normal. I take 2 tablets just before a meal three times a day. I have no cramping or any other digestive problems to report. Being a surgeon myself and knowing of the possible side effects of using medications such as Asacol and prednisone I was very keen to tackle my Crohns through alternative means which I have now done successfully thanks to you Harry! I wanted to wait at least three to four months before contacting you to see if my remis sion could be sustained, which it has. I am certain that my remission is not by coincidence as I have experimented by stopping the above treatments intermittently to see what happens and almost always I noted my symptoms come back. However within 1-2 days of resuming the treatments my symptoms stopped. As a surgeon I know the body is a great healer provided we help it along. Your treatments, along with Elaine Gottschall’s Specific Carbohydrate Diet, work naturally and effectively. There is as you know an increasing body of research and literature which has being published in the last 2 years to support this. I am sure that my colleagues within the medical community will all at some point in the future acknowledge that illnesses such as inflammatory bowel disease can and should be treated without resorting to proprietary medicines which can be, and are, associated with serious side effects. Unfortunately the medical community is similar to an oil tanker that needs to change course. It takes a lot of time!

Thanks so much! We made the yogurt this weekend, and it is the best yogurt ever!
We’d been using Yogourmet, and it tasted delicious and my husband loved it and was getting lots of benefits from it, but I wanted to find something with out the “additives”–skim milk powder, sugar and citric acid (just a little of these, but we didn’t want any). Yogourmet was working so well for him, though, that he was a bit paranoid to change.
We made 1 quart with your yogurt culture starter–used a little less than 1/4 scoop in raw goat’s milk heated to about 101 and incubated for 24 hours, then in the fridge overnight. He was crazy about it from the first sip! Yours is so much better, both in taste and “yogurtness,” we are totally thrilled!

Dear Harry,
I tried other yogurt starters just to compare. Quite simply – they did not compare at all. They all seemed to have milk added among other things. Not yours though. Your Yogurt Starter is pure – no additives – pure! I love that. My yogurt tastes so clean and creamy.
